Alaska Journey Day 98 / by Dave Hileman

Work, Plan, Fix, Work, Plan Day

Felt like a no progress day but it was not. We took the trailer - drain issue, to a repair place and left it. A stop at AAA procured the maps we needed, a stop at a coffee (and pastries) shop took care of caffeine and calories, their WiFi - work and planning for western parks and navigating the intricate Washington Ferry System. Couple more errands and we picked up the trailer and set up at the Anacortes Christian Church for easy access to the ferry to Friday Harbor and park number 240, San Juan Islands tomorrow. The evening spent in more preparation for the next four or five days. We also began to sketch out the next three weeks as we did very little preparation for this portion of the trip.

Cadillac’s Most Correct Viewpoint

On the campaign trial today in Washington State. Working on the island crowds today. Great lattes in this area, so of course, they will want to support me. No birch so far, however. Don’t forget to volunteer - sign up at the comments.

Super clever little stand on the docks made from two 8x10 sheds put together very well. Nice guy owns it.
